In 2026, this moon will align with a total lunar eclipse, making it a time for emotional release, transformation, and essential life changes. You'll have the opportunity to privately write down what you need to release in order to transform your energy and invite positive change into your life. Leave feeling relaxed—your jaw unclenched, shoulders down, and wake up the next morning refreshed. The soothing vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal bowls, combined with the full moon’s gravitational pull, will realign your inner vibrations. The session begins at 6:30 PM and lasts about an hour. We welcome up to eight participants, comfortably lying on yoga mats with bolsters and pillows. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
