Welcome new and expecting parents!
If you are interested in learning joyful play and positioning techniques with your newborn or infant baby then this is the class for you! Led by Laurene Canfield DPT, our pediatric physical therapist with over 30 years of experience, you and your baby will participate and learn different and new positions to hold and play with your baby. We will discuss handling tactics, soothing positions, coaching through sleep issues, and choosing appropriate play toys for the first year of life.

What are you looking at? 🤨 Our friend here is working on strengthening the muscles in his neck. As he tries to keep on eye on what’s going on in front of him, Lauren is tilting him to his strong side so the weaker side of his neck gets extra work in! The goal is to have his ear come to his shoulder in this position
