The Grief Experience book brought together 25 authors sharing their personal experiences with grief alongside practical, real-world tools readers can actually use. From this collaborative work, co-authors Kelly Daugherty and Karyn Arnold expanded the conversation beyond the pages of the book.

This led to the creation of The GRIEF Ladies: A Guide to What Comes Next—a podcast, private Facebook community, and growing collection of resources designed to support people as they navigate life after someone they love died. These spaces offer honest conversations, connection, and actionable support, reminding people they don’t have to carry grief alone. Check out the GRIEF Ladies Podcast available on all major podcast platforms! Join their free private Facebook group, The GRIEF Ladies Community.
