🎉 26.2 miles ✅ My 4th Full Marathon. That’s how I celebrated my 41st Birthday today! Great weather for running (except the rain made my watch stop working after mile 14 ☹️) and hit all my paces until mile 13.1 then my body had other plans. Rough last 13.1 miles but still wasn’t my worst Marathon time ever. A call on my AirPods to my hubby for the last 8 miles was what I needed to help talk me through the end. And huge shout-out and Thank you to the best running coach in all the land immersion_pt for providing me a challenging training plan that pushed my fitness and my 40+ y.o. body these past 5 months! 💕

📣 Big Congratulations to Dr. Dan, who has been promoted to (our first ever!) Director of Clinical Operations! We know he is up for the job, and has already been doing an amazing job since stepping into this role 2 weeks ago.

Besides providing exceptional care to his patients, he will be helping support our clinical staff and Doctoral students, among other duties.

Congrats again, Dr. Dan! 🎉🎉🎉

📣🎉 Huge congrats to Anna, who has completed all her clinical rotations today and has been an AMAZING Doctor of Physical Therapy student with Dr. Carrie for the last 12 weeks!!
