New Dates, Please Take Note of 2 Changes!

We needed to reschedule 2 of our classes.
Here are the changes:

1) Monday Night: We will not meet on March 16th. Instead, the session will extend to May 11th. (We will still begin on March 9th)
2) Wednesday Night: We will not have class on March 11th. We will begin the session on March 18th. Instead, we will have a special Earth Day-themed class on April 22nd.

What do my students think? Utilizing a strap in partner work is my favorite way to teach, learn, and perfect downward facing dog. It helps practitioners break the habit of landing their weight in their hips and creates the body memory of how the posture should feel when we drive the weight back into the heels. An added bonus, my facial expressions are priceless if you want a good laugh! Lol! Thank you to my strong and beautiful yogini model, Kristen for her help!

The classes will be mixed-level, leaning towards Beginner- Intermediate to counteract our sedentary lifestyles. Adaptations will be provided, so bring your blocks along with your mats.
