Let the soothing vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls wash over you ✨

Join Elise Manzo for a transformative Sound Bath on November 9th from 6:30–8:00 PM, and experience deep relaxation, energetic release, and a powerful shift in consciousness.

Sound healing opens new pathways for awareness and balance. The effects will stay with you for days. 💫

🎶 Led by Certified Sound Therapist & Reiki Master Elise Manzo, trained at the International Academy of Sound Healing. The planetary energies of the Tibetan Singing Bowls then led her to study Astrology. She does sound baths, private sound therapy sessions, soul path astrology readings, and reiki at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and also her office in Albany NY.

Please bring: yoga mat, pillow & blanket for comfort.
