We pride ourselves in our highly educated and experienced staff who provide our patients with the specific therapy they need. The practice was established in 1972 and continues to provide excellent service to the Clifton Park community and surrounding area.

Our office will be closed on Monday.

For our Gym Maintenance Patients, our office will be closed briefly on Tuesday, 5/27, from 9am till 10am for a staff meeting.

📣 Exciting News from Clifton Park Physical Therapy! 📣

Over the next two weeks, we're upgrading our phone system to bring you an even better experience! We're phasing in a new system called Weave, which will offer enhanced functionality and seamlessly sync with our electronic medical record system, Prompt EMR.

This upgrade will bring some great improvements, including secure and HIPAA-compliant two-way messaging for easier communication and better appointment reminders to help you stay on track with your therapy.

While we anticipate a smooth transition, we want to ensure everything is working perfectly for you. If you happen to experience any issues with our phone system during this transition period, please don't hesitate to let us know! Your feedback is valuable as we work to make this improvement.
