Capital Region Parade of Homes The Capital Region Parade of Homes is the area's premier new construction home tour held annually the first two weekends in June. Proceeds benefit charity.

The Capital Region Parade of Homes is a self-guided home tour throughout Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady and Rensselaer counties hosted by the Capital Region Builders and Remodelers Association.
