✨Healthy boundaries I have for myself to be able to serve you better🙏🏻
1️⃣6pm all notifications go off on my phone. So if i dont respond, dont worry i will get back to asap the next morning‼️
2️⃣Sunday’s are the Lord’s day. I do not go on IG or respond to dm’s until Monday. This day i spend at church and being present with my family.
3️⃣I work one evening a week because i am needed at home while my daughter is young. ‼️My Tuesday evenings are booked out 2 months in advance. Make sure you book ahead and join the waitlist if you can’t accommodate a daytime appointment‼️‼️

💕all these boundaries i made for my well being, my family and to do what I love for a very long time. They help me avoid burnout and give a better, more present and energetic experience for YOU.

☺️if you cant find me on a Sunday or after 6pm, don’t worry, im good‼️(my mom ysed to think i was dead when i first started doing this 🤣). I promise I will get back to you I can’t wait to see you and/or meet you!
