Jennifer has over eighteen years' experience in massage. Her treatment perspective goals are to ease suffering, reduce pain, and make the next moment a little better. She has specialized in working with chronic pain, chronic illness, and massage for those living with cancer. Her continuing education has focused on treating migraines, working with illnesses such as fibromyalgia and autoimmune conditions & she holds a Certificate in Oncology Massage. In addition, Jennifer is a level 2 Reiki practitioner, certified in reflexology and is accomplished in Swedish, myofascial release, connective tissue, prenatal, and orthopedic assessment/treatment: Jennifer can tailor your session to meet you wherever you are on your health journey. Her hands-on approach is strategic, sedating, and on the moderate to lighter side of the pressure spectrum.

She’s focused her continuing education on techniques for migraines, illness such as fibromyalgia and autoimmune conditions, and holds a certificate in oncology massage. In addition, she is a level 2 Reiki practitioner, and has experience with energy healing, crystal healing, and chakra balancing. She is certified in reflexology and is accomplished in Swedish, myofascial release, connective tissue techniques, prenatal massage, and orthopedic assessment/treatment, tailoring your session to meet you wherever you are on your health journey.
