Peloton with your Physical Therapist page was created by Forward Motion Physical Therapy with intentions to help motivate their patients, family, and friends maintain an active lifestyle while also motivating their staff. This page is intended to provide accountability and motivation while encouraging those who have been through significant injury encouragement to continue to "Move Forward". Followers of Peloton with your Physical Therapist are encouraged to join Peloton classes with their physical therapist by using the hashtag . If followers have any questions to their therapist, please post on the page and PT will respond with "their opinions" on the matter. Forward Motion Physical Therapy is in no one affiliated with Peloton/OnePeloton. Many of us do have their products and encourage our patients to be active and realize how resilient their bodies are.
