Happy Friday! 🎉 Celebrate with us as we share a resident success story from Star City Rehabilitation and Nursing , where our mission is for every resident to leave better than they came. 💙

Resident Success Story: Hubert “Nelson” Hinds
Nelson was admitted on April 9, 2025, with Myasthenia Gravis. He arrived needing full ventilator support and had very limited mobility.

Through his determination and the dedication of our respiratory and rehab teams, Nelson made incredible progress, regaining strength, independence, and confidence, step by step.

On July 21, 2025, Nelson discharged home, one step closer to walking on the beach again. 🏖️

Stories like Nelson’s show what’s possible when expert care meets perseverance. We are so proud to have been part of his journey!

🎉🏈 Super Bowl Fun Across our Buildings ! 🏈🎉

Cypress Point Rehabilitation and Nursing , Old Southwest Health and Rehabilitation , and Northern Cardinal Rehabilitation and Nursing g hosted pre-Super Bowl parties for staff and residents, a great way to wrap up the week before game weekend! From good food to team spirit and lots of laughter, our communities had a blast celebrating together.
