Food Noise Update: Weight Loss, Clear Skin & Energy Healing Results✨✨

An update on my food plan journey where I'm experiencing amazing results - no hunger, easy adherence, better health, and clearer skin than ever.

Reflecting on what changed before starting, including three IET (Integrated Energy Therapy) sessions I had done in my office the week prior. This energy healing modality focuses on releasing triggering emotions, and I'm wondering if clearing those emotional blocks has contributed to my success.
