Goodall-Witcher Healthcare is seeking a full-time Charge Registered Nurse to lead our Med/Surg unit in Clifton, TX.
Shift: Days | Full-Time
In this role, you will:
✔️ Oversee patient care through assessment, planning, and evaluation
✔️ Lead and support nursing staff across the unit
✔️ Coordinate daily operations, including staffing, supplies, and equipment
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure continuity of care
✔️ Promote a team-focused environment that prioritizes patient safety and quality care
This position plays a key role in guiding both clinical care and team performance within the unit.
We’re looking for a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Texas RN license. A nursing degree is preferred. Candidates should have 3–5 years of hospital experience, with at least 1 year in a charge nurse role preferred. ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of patient care.
