IM=X is an elite fitness formula that marries the muscle toning and lengthening benefits of pilates with elements of strength and cardio training to increase flexibility, endurance, and muscle tone, while strengthening the spine and core. Our customers love the life-changing physical results that come from regular IM=X sessions.

Everyone from fitness beginners to hard-core gym rats can benefit from IM=X. The program has been proven effective for all body types and fitness levels, regardless of age, weight or ability. There are specialized IM=X formats designed for weight loss, athletes, pregnancy, golf, and people with back pain. IM=X Pilates Studios offer Semi-Private Training Memberships (small group) so that you can receive the attention of a certified trainer without the price of one-on-one sessions.

There are five fundamentals in the IM=X Pilates technique, Spinal elongation, forced exhalation breathing, pelvic stabilization, ribcage stabilization, and spine stabilization. Learning them thoroughly will allow you to execute all moves with power and clarity. Very often people use excessive neck tension to perform core strengthening exercises or they compress the low back. These habits will cease as your ability to elongate, recruit, and stabilize all core muscles becomes natural. The IM=X Fundamentals sessions are for new students as well as seasoned members. You benefits will be heightened with the IM=X Fundamentals!
