My Purpose

Hi Everyone! My name is Genna Cimo and I’m super stoked to introduce myself and let you inside my intimate world of yoga, healthfulness, & motherhood!

Suffering from anxiety always had a big effect on my life and I sometimes felt like I couldn’t escape it. I often times felt like I was suffocating but on my mat is where I learned how to breathe! It’s my solid ground now and it’s where I stand up against all my insecurities. It’s where I go to recharge for my little man, and it’s where I learned that not only am I capable but I am here for a purpose!

I want to share with you this blessing and this amazing thing we call motherhood. I can’t wait to share my journey with you while providing tips, class schedules, videos, and so much more! It is my belief that we are all here to help each other and I have made it my mission to do so. As individuals we can be strong but together we could be powerful ❤
