YogaCentric We take pride in being Clifton, NJ’s friendliest and most welcoming Yoga Studio. Come find your wa YogaCentric is a vinyasa studio, yoga flow.

We pride ourselves in being a truly friendly and welcoming studio. Our population is co-ed and has a very varied population in age, so there is room for everyone here. We keep the studio 78 degrees so it is not hot yoga, but you will be warm. For our beginners, we will teach you proper form and alignment so you won't get hurt and you will be able to attempt more challenging poses as you strengthen your skills. If you have been practicing yoga for a while, come try our Open Flow or YogaCentric Flow; you will have fun, but we still focus on growing through learning and practice. We are a studio committed to everyone working at their own level and not feeling the need to compete. Please join us- come find your way at YogaCentric yoga studio.

Restorative yoga and Reiki are joining forces this Sunday Mar 5th 5pm - 6:15pm. Relax into deep holds using props while Catherine comes around and performs reiki. This event is great for those looking for a slow paced yoga style with the full support of blankets and bolsters. Come and have yourself a self care Sunday with us. $35
