I am an experienced wig maker, craftsman, with several decades of experience.
My career path included a BA theatre design ,MFA theatre design, I have designed large and small productions on broadway, many regional theaters, opera ,ballet, films, and custom streetwear.
I have built wigs and foundations from scratch, altered, repaired, restored, wigs ,hand made and imported.
I am an expert at creating large projects on limited budgets without sacrificing artistic vision or quality. i have worked studied and been trained buy some of the best in the industry.
Completing my education I moved to NYC and started a career that included, 4 yr post with New York City Opera make-up department, IATSE Union membership, designing and building wigs and makeup masks and FX for Broadway, opera, Ballet and regional theater companies.I have built and designed several drama desk and critic circle awards and two original productions of Pulitzer prize and tony award winning dramatic plays, Tina Howe's ,"Prides Crossing'', and David Wang's Public Theatre production of "Golden Child". one Tony Award winning Musical project "Guys and Dolls'', and a Paul Berkowski production,” Shimada``.I am looking for a creative home I am an expert at creating large projects on limited budgets without sacrificing artistic vision or quality.i have worked with and been trained by the best in the industry SFO,NYCO.
