🦵 Knee pain when you bend? Don’t ignore it. Here are 5 signs it’s time to see a doctor:

🚨 Your Knee Pain Is Persistent or Severe
If your discomfort doesn’t improve after rest, ice, and over-the-counter meds—or keeps getting worse—it’s time to call a doctor. Chronic or worsening pain may point to a more serious condition.

⚠️ You Can’t Bear Weight
Struggling to stand, walk, or put weight on your knee? That’s a red flag. Inability to bear weight can indicate ligament damage, fractures, or joint instability.

🔴 You Notice Swelling, Redness, or Warmth
If your knee is swollen, red, or warm to the touch, it could be inflammation or even an infection. Don’t wait—get it checked out.

❗You Hear a Pop or Feel Instability
Did you hear a “pop” or feel like your knee is giving out? That could mean a torn ligament or other structural damage that needs expert evaluation.

🧭 Pain Radiates or Spreads
Pain that shoots down your leg or is not limited to one specific area could indicate nerve involvement or a more complex joint issue.
