Did you know only 10% of patients have a vascular thoracic outlet? 90% of patients have a neurogenic TOS. “Ribectomy” is morbid and unnecessary. If you are having TOS or any neuropathic symptoms that no one has been able to explain/diagnose, come see me.

A Special Thanks to Dr Kerri Woodberry for a spectacular day as PSF Visiting Professor at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. From a fun dinner last night, to an excellent review of the evolution of panniculectomy surgery to the Department of Surgery, followed by a breakaway morning with just the plastic surgery division to delve in-depth at the changing face of leadership and how to develop our next generation of leaders. This simulated a lively discussion about inclusion, diversity, career options, bouncing between academia and private practice and hybrid models in between and finally brainstorming on where we go from here. The future is looking great!
