Your CDL/DOT physical expires every 24 months, as long as you meet all the medical standards. However, in some cases—like high blood pressure or other health conditions—you may receive a certificate valid for only 12 months (or even less).

📆 Want to avoid surprises? Keep an eye on the expiration date listed on your medical examiner's certificate (MEC). If your CDL/DOT physical expires and you're not re-certified in time, your commercial driving privileges can be suspended.

🛑 Don’t wait until the last minute. If your CDL/DOT physical expires soon, schedule your next exam early to stay road-ready and compliant!
