Do I need to change doctors to be seen by Dr. Okpalaji? Yes, call the number on the back of your insurance card and make this change before your visit. For routine physical examinations and for traditional Medicaid only, Dr. Okpalaji doesn't have to be your child's primary doctor to be seen. Do not let Medicaid change your child's doctor without your permission.
