Our boys meet with Sarah Jane Mindset Coaching regularly to work on the mental side of the game. Baseball isn’t just about hitting, throwing, and fielding — it’s also about focus, confidence, and resilience.

We’re proud of our players for putting in the work on and off the field. The mental game matters just as much as the skills — and we’re building both this season! 💪🧡

In my one-on-one meeting last night, one of my 14-year-old baseball players shared his weekly goal, and this really stood out:

“This week, I want to keep a positive mentality and use it more effectively than I have before because I care about my mental health, how I see myself, and how I perform.”

I love seeing young athletes set goals like this — understanding that their mindset shapes not only their performance, but also how they see and support themselves. 💪⚾️
