May is Women’s Health Month.

Women make up nearly 80% of autoimmune patients. Researchers are still working to understand why, but current theories point to a combination of hormones, genetics, and immune system differences that may make women more susceptible.

It’s not just a statistic. It’s a call for more awareness, more research, and better care - in May, and all year long.

Here’s how you can help: Take 2 minutes to send a message to your representative urging them to support legislation that protects the CFC.

Take action:

Representative Raskin of Maryland’s 8th district is leading a member sign-on letter urging OPM to preserve the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), which annually allows federal workers to support charity organizations of their choice through a one-time...

Kabir was part of our pilot group, and he shares how it changed everything.

This is what happens when people come together, share openly, and realize they’re not alone.

Alex was at the top of her game on the basketball court, until an ulcerative colitis diagnosis forced her to walk away.

She found a new path—one that led her to a national bobsleigh team and to advocating for herself and the autoimmune community.

Along the way, she learned to listen to her body and turn her experience into something meaningful for others.

Now, she’s building a community rooted in connection and support.
