We’ve been quiet..

But we’ve been working in the shadows, as have our Lady Wolves😉

We are SO excited to announce that our FORMA: Unleashed Transformation Challenge has wrapped up. We spent the day with our MI Nutrition partners yesterday recording body scan results and we are THRILLED to crown our $150 challenge winner:

None other than Ms. Samantha Nielsen Battaglia!!!

Samantha has worked SO HARD throughout this challenge and her results made that VERY clear. She showed up with intention, passion, and determination EVERY single week along with her beautiful energy that made every single class one to remember!

Samantha, you are a light and a force and we are SO PROUD to call you OURS! AWOOOO!🐺🌙🩷

We’d also like to give a shout out to our very close runners up and MI Nutrition gift card winners, Makeia Marie and Lindsey Bowering, for SMASHING through this challenge!

You ladies should be SO proud because we certainly are!!!

We hate doing this😭 but we are canceling all evening classes tonight due to poor weather conditions.

We believe in safety first for all of our ladies and instructors. As the temps drop, we’re expecting icy roadways and potentially black ice by this evening.

For this reason, we’re closing the studios tonight but we’ll be back in action tomorrow!

1. Today-Wednesday, Dec. 10th: This evening’s classes may be impacted due to inclement weather conditions. Our priority is always the safety of our lady wolves + instructors. Keep an eye out for push/SMS notifications regarding the status of class cancellations!

2. Happy to share another strong showing for SheWolf’s very own Coach Britt!

Britt took the stage this past weekend in Bloomington, IL at the NPC Mid American Winter Classic and brought some hardware back home to Michigan with a top 5 placing in a very competitive Masters 35+!

Next Thursday, Dec. 11th at 6:30 pm, we’re hosting our FORMA GIVES: Toys + Tins Drive

🎄We’re celebrating FORMA’s ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY by giving back.🎄

This year has been tough for many. Our community needs us now more than ever in most of our lifetimes.

Register for this event in the SheWolf App under SheWolf Events or online. 1 unopened toy OR 3 non-perishable, non-expired canned/boxed goods is the cost of admission and good for a free class.

MI Nutrition will be supporting with an amazing Coffee + Hot Chocolate Bar and we will have plenty of festive food + goodies!

There’s no hoopla-Just great company, yummy foods, hot cocoa, and giving hearts.

All donations go to Toys for Tots and The Community Food Bank of Macomb County, who supplies over 55 local pantries.

We know the holidays are busy so even if you can’t stay, we’d so love and appreciate if you simply stopped by, dropped off your donation, and headed out.
