This month, we’re shining our Employee Spotlight on one of our amazing BCBAs — Sarah R.!

Sarah joined our team in June 2023 and brings over ten years of experience in the ABA field. Her journey into ABA began unexpectedly during her undergraduate studies, when she heard a BCBA share a heartfelt story about her career. Moved to tears, Sarah enrolled in an ABA Practicum program the very next day — and the rest is history!

When reflecting on her work, Sarah shared:
“I wouldn't trade any of my experiences for anything, as each client has brought so many memories that I will continue to cherish.”

What began as a program to help parents of children with autism navigate stress has grown into something much larger—but our foundation remains the same. Mindfulness and stress management continue to be the heartbeat of our work, from our counseling services to the practices we share with every client. These weekly mindfulness and motivational moments are our way of carrying that mission forward—bringing you a bit of peace, motivation, and reassurance each week.

Sometimes the best way to move forward is to pause. Step back, breathe, and give yourself permission to reset. You’ll be amazed how much more clearly everything works—your mind included.
