Here's 5 fast facts you can share:
☑️It’s more than hot flashes.
Menopause can affect mood, sleep, focus, energy, and even joint comfort, your whole body is in transition.
☑️Menopause happens gradually.
Perimenopause can last several years before periods fully stop. The average age of menopause (12 months without a period) is around 51. So, yes, it can be menopause even if you're in your 40s!
☑️It’s not all downhill That's a myth! Many women describe life after menopause as calmer and more confident once the hormones steady.
☑️Noticing health shifts matter. Lower estrogen affects heart and bone health, which is why midlife checkups and movement are key.
☑️Every menopause experience is unique. Some breeze through, others face big changes. There’s no one-size-fits-all menopause story.

The World Association for S3xual Health, founded in 1978, promotes s3xual health as a right for all people. This year, has the theme of s*xual justice. S3xual justice exists when all people have the power and resources to make free and healthy decisions about their bodies, s3xuality, and reproduction, and have equal access to s3xual health services, including education and care. It means building a world where everyone can experience s3xual health, rights, and pleasure, free from discrimination, violence, or exclusion.
Where can you start to promote this message? Destigmatize s3xual health - ridiculous that I even have to write the word differently so that social media doesn't censor it! Advocate for laws and policies that fight against discrimination. Share this post and talk about and fight for s3xual health, pleasure and rights! 🗣️🗣️✌️✌️
