Boundaries are not about controlling others.
They are about staying connected to yourself.
When something feels like too much pressure, urgency, or overextension, your system may be asking for a little more clarity and support.
A boundary doesn’t have to be firm or final right away.
It can start as something simple and steady:
✨ “I need a little time to think about that.”
✨ “That doesn’t feel manageable for me right now.”
These small moments of honesty help you stay present instead of overwhelmed.
Over time, boundaries become less about reacting and more about responding with intention.
