I Bet You Won’t Actually Do These… But Prove Me Wrong!

We all know stress relief is important, but how often do we actually do something about it? Challenge yourself to try one (or all) of these simple techniques:

✔ Mindful Breathing – Stop for a moment. Inhale for four counts, hold for four, exhale for four. You might be surprised how quickly your mind clears.

✔ Progressive Muscle Relaxation – Tense and release each muscle group from your toes to your head. It’s weirdly satisfying, and you’ll feel the difference.

✔ Time Blocking – Instead of saying you don’t have time, take control of it. Schedule tasks and breaks—because burnout isn’t a badge of honor.
