Rachele is a highly skilled physical therapist who is dedicated to assisting each patient that she comes in contact with! JFB-MFR is a hands-on holistic body treatment that utilizes the bodies fascial system to improve mobility, decrease pain, & restore motion so that people can live a pain-fee active lifestyle & confidently do whatever activities they wish to do! JFB-MFR doesn’t just focus on the symptoms, but rather on the whole person - body, mind, and spirit! Trauma (emotional/physical), inflammatory responses, and/or surgical procedures can create myofascial restrictions that can produce tensile pressures of approximately 2000 pounds per square inch on pain sensitive structures! These fascial restrictions do not show up on standardized tests such as x-rays, CAT scans, or MRI’s. Due to this, a high percentage of people suffering with pain and/or lack of motion may be having fascial problems but are not diagnosed. At The Healing Journey you will find a PT who is truly committed to partnering with you to look beyond the symptoms and help you uncover the root cause of your pain and/or dysfunction! All sessions are one on one, are at least an hour long, and are highly individualized to each person’s specific needs.
