Last week was one of the heaviest weeks I've experienced. It was hard, words hurt, old wounds surfaced, I asked for help, reflected, meditated, listened to myself, and gave myself grace 🌸🌺
✨️This week, I feel empowered✌️
💚This weekend reminded me that I am not alone, I am strong, and surrounded by love.
