Hey! So I asked Alyssa from Gumboot Photography- Maine Portrait Photographer to take some pictures and WOW!! ⛰️
The day was perfect. We were meeting on Vienna Mountain. I got lost, almost ran out of gas, forgot my debit card or cash, didnt have a model. Alyssa talked me through directions, my oldest, Gavin, rescued me with my debit card, and we had a BLAST!!✨️
Having pictures with Alyssa is more than having pictures, its freaking hilarious! 😂 She has been taking my family's pictures for years. It is never dull and she is up for anything! Maybe not right at thr moment, since shes getting ready to have a baby boy!💙💙💙But, when shes back at it, go see her!!! ✌️🫶

Happy Sunday, Beautiful Souls!✨🌞❄️It’s a cold day in Maine this morning!🥶🩵

💥I have some changes with the New Year!❣️I was hoping I would be more prepared once the New Year came, but I’m not!😝

✨ I recently finished an Animal Reiki course, and I LOVED it! Last week I visited a horse and was so impressed as she stood there receiving the energy! Empress was full of energy, but stood so still and calm during the session.🐴🤎 I love animals and I am excited to see where this path takes me! ✨I am currently taking a course on Akashic Records and so excited to be able to share what I learn with YOU! Stay tuned for Akashi Records Readings coming soon!✨💫🫶

✨I have also changed my name!!!! I thought long and hard about this. I needed a change, and Cedar Roots wouldn’t stop calling me! ✨ My life changed 10 years ago when I lost my Dad, in 2016. In 2018, my family moved to Clinton. When we first started looking at our now house, the signs from my Dad were crazy!! There was no denying it was him, guiding us, reassuring us. 🦅🌳💕✨ Since moving here, the amount of times I have found peace, myself, signs, spirit, all the good stuff in these woods are countless. I would bury my feet in the dirt, hug trees, meditate on the ground, clear my mind near the water, whatever it took to feel ok. I feel my Dad here, my grandparents, my ancestors, it feels like home, it keeps me grounded. And everywhere, there is cedar. I was so amazed when I realized what cedar roots look like! Have you seen cedar roots?! They’re beautiful! So colorful and unique🧡💚🩵🌳 So, that’s Cedar Roots in a nutshell. I will slowly be changing my labels over, please be patient with me! I will not put too much on my plate in 2026, I have been the queen of that for too long!! 💫✨🫶💕
