We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended our Safe Movements for Osteoporosis session at the Flemington Senior Center.

A special thank you to Dr. Jennifer Emejulu, DPT, for leading such an informative and empowering presentation. Participants learned practical strategies for protecting bone health, improving posture, and moving safely to reduce the risk of fractures.

It was wonderful to see so many engaged questions and a strong sense of community support throughout the session. 💬✨
