🚨 Did I really gain 2-3 Ibs overnight?! 😩

Take a deep breath 😮‍💨, friend—it's not actually fat. Your body is just doing its thing. So before you start spiraling over the scale and calling it quits, let's talk about what's actually happening:

1️⃣ Your sleep 🛌 is off. If you're running on fumes, your body will hold onto weight like it's bracing for impact. Prioritize sleep like it's your job (because, honestly, it kind of is).

2️⃣ Sodium 🧂 struck again & that salty meal at the restaurant last night? Oh, it's got you bloated, but not doomed. Your body is just holding onto water. No need to go full-on cleanse mode-just drink some water!

3️⃣ You drank more water. 💦 😮 Surprise!
Water weighs something. You didn't gain fat— you're just hydrated!

4️⃣ Bathroom 🚽 break pending. If you
haven't, well... gone yet, that number on the scale is just temporary. Give your body time to do its thing.

5️⃣ Sore muscles 💪 = water retention.
That killer workout? It's got your muscles inflamed and holding onto water for recovery. This is a good thing, so don't let the scale mess with your head.

6️⃣ You ate a big meal late. 🥘 That food is still in your system, which means it's temporarily adding weight. Give it time to digest.
