Self-Esteem Builder Workshop for Girls Ages 12–15, June 11

Led by a Certified Child Life Specialist, this empowering workshop helps teen girls build self-esteem in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment — all while having an amazing time!

Tonight was our very first Tween Girls Self-Esteem Builder Group at Amy's Active Learning, and what an incredible evening it was!

The girls laughed, socialized, stepped outside their comfort zones, and began building new friendships in a supportive environment. Together we played team-building games, participated in fun ice breakers, and created therapeutic art projects focused on self-expression and confidence.

The best part of the night? Hearing the girls ask, “When is the next one?” as they were leaving. That right there is success.

We are so proud of these girls for showing up, being themselves, and supporting one another. We cannot wait for the next group!

Registration is NOW OPEN for our Teen Girls Self-Esteem Builder Workshop! ✨
Designed for girls ages 12–15, this hands-on workshop provides a supportive, therapeutic environment where teens can build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, and connect with peers in a positive way.
Participants will engage in:
-Therapeutic games
-Creative crafts and activities
-Confidence-building discussions
-Social connection and peer support
Our small group setting is intentionally limited to 10 participants to ensure a calm, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every teen.
