☀️| "As an avid runner for most of my life, adjusting both physically and mentally to a completely different lifestyle has been incredibly challenging. Years ago, during an athletic competition at a “Tough Mudder” event, I sustained a compound fracture to my left ankle. After more than a dozen surgeries to try to save it, I eventually underwent a total ankle replacement.
TheraWest has been instrumental in my recovery! Not only helping me walk correctly again but also encouraging me to finish strong, including one last run together as a team. They truly care about the welfare of their patients and take the time to educate us on how to integrate stretches/ exercises into our daily lives.
While I understand this will remain a chronic issue for me, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. TheraWest has four locations across this beautiful state, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy. They even offer free consults!"
