Just an update on vision plans. We now can accept Davis/ FEP Blue Vision, Superior, Some Eyemed plans, National vision administrator ( NVA), Block. Hopefully more to come real soon. Call today to schedule an exam. 801-779-3805

As of May 6, 2023 I will be transitioning to an Associate Optometrist with Walmart! So I will be out of network with all vision and insurance plans temporarily on a case by case as Walmart brings me in network with the plans they accept. Please contact the clinic @ 801-779-3805 for more information as it's updated. I thank all my patients for their patience during this transition.
