Meet the Advocates of CASA of Hinds County. They serve on the frontline and give foster children a voice! ✨

"My name is Siqueta Tate-McField, and I am proud to be from the great city of Canton, Mississippi, by way of San Diego, California, where I was raised. My professional journey began as an Inclusion Teacher serving children with special needs. I currently work as a Social Service Director in a wonderful nursing home, where I have the privilege of supporting residents and their families.

I earned my Master’s degree from Purdue University and am a Certified Mental Health Therapist. I am deeply committed to service, and my purpose is rooted in supporting children, the elderly, and women. My work with CASA allows me to advocate for foster children, ensuring they receive quality care, stability, and access to vital resources that improve their overall well-being.

I am also the owner of healHER LLC, a mentorship program dedicated to empowering women. Additionally, I am a proud member of the Junior Auxiliary of Clinton and an active member of The Tate Foundation—an organization created in honor of my brother, who had special needs. Through this foundation, we give back to incredible individuals like him."
