Congratulations to Gordon Denison on being voted Employee of the Month for July 2025, which was voted by his coworkers.

Gordon has been a valued member of the Glendale Gardens team since June of 2023, serving as a CMT. We're grateful for his dedication and commitment to our community.

Outside of work, Gordon enjoys going to thrift stores, and visiting with family and friends!

Meet our leadership team!

Emily Kubilus, LNHA, is our new Administrator. Emily started with Americare as the DON in early 2023 and served as the DON of Jefferson Gardens and Glendale Gardens until June 2025. Emily was born and raised in Clinton, MO, married Lenny in 2016, and has 2 children Lane and Stella.

Kimberly Burchett, LPN, is our Director of Nursing. Kim just started back with Americare as the DON of Jefferson Gardens and Glendale Gardens, after previously working as a DON at Harmony Gardens Arbors until 2020. Kim lives in K**b Noster, MO with her husband Marvin and has 5 grown children and 1 grandchild.

Airyonna Breckenridge, Program Manager. Airyonna started with Americare in 2023 as an evening shift CMA and promoted to PM in 2024. Airyonna loves memory care and excels with memory care residents. Airyonna grew up around Clinton and got married to Noah in June of 2025.
