FACT: It should never be painful. ❌

There’s a difference between therapeutic pressure and painful pressure. You might feel a little discomfort as tight muscles release, but you should always feel safe, relaxed, and in control during your session.

Your body doesn’t need to suffer to heal — in fact, forcing pain can make muscles resist instead of release. 💆‍♀️✨
