Classes include guided pranayama (breath-work) and meditation/visualization followed by a health and wellness topic of the day viewed through the lens of ayurveda. Topics range from optimal digestion, sleep hygiene, women’s health, cardiovascular health, respiratory health, mental health, self care using massage and marma points(ayurvedic acupressure), and daily wellness routines(dinacharya).
