PSA: We have been notified that someone is spoofing our clinic's telephone number. It seems like they are attempting to get approval on durable medical equipment (DME) like braces and CPAP machines. We typically would not ask you to confirm your address and phone number over the phone. If you are unsure of the legitimacy of a phone call, hang up and call our number directly for clarification.

The first confirmed case of Measles in North Carolina has now occurred. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) vaccine for your child, please connect with your Primary Care Provider.

Per the CDC's Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedule, the 1st dose of MMR is administered between 12-15 months of age (with exceptions for areas with outbreak), and the second dose between 4-6 years of age. If your child is currently unvaccinated and outside of those age windows, do not fret! There are safe ranges for catch-up vaccinations all throughout adolescence.

Provider Spotlight: Meet Ms. Hilary McCullen, FNP-BC!

Ms. McCullen is likely a familiar face! She started with us in late 2024 and is currently seeing her patient panel. She is a family nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Her highest attained degree is a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Prior to, and while, obtaining her degree, Ms. McCullen worked as an Emergency Room Nurse.

We are so excited to have her here at CMC!

We wanted to go ahead and let you know that we will be closed in observation of Memorial Day on Monday, May 26th. Memorial Day is not just a day off of school/work; it is a day for remembering and honoring those who have served our country. Let us not forget the sacrifices made for our freedom.

We want to take a moment to recognize Kathleen Register for winning CMC's Employee of the Quarter! Kathleen was voted on by her fellow coworkers as the recipient of this award. We love hearing how our staff impact each other in the workplace!

Kathleen is part of our nursing staff and rotates through our provider units, so she interacts with all of our patients and staff! She has a heart of gold and is so deserving of recognition. Kathleen always has a positive attitude and is willing to go the extra mile for her coworkers, providers and patients. She is graceful, humble and kind; and we certainly appreciate her!
