A HUGE congratulations to Office Manager, Christina and team consultant Registered Nurse, Alex for completing the Bolder Boulder road race on Memorial Day!

🏃🏔️☀️🏆💪🏃‍♀️

This course sits at 5,400 feet above sea level, has over 55,000 attendees and ends at the famous University of Colorado Boulder Folsom Field!

These two have trained over the past few months with our team, specifically focusing on hip and knee strengthening in order for them to continue to power their runs! Thanks to our team, Christina has fully recovered from a right hip labrum tear that sidelined her from any physical activity. Now she’s back on track and on the road (racing)!

After dedicating years of hard work, perseverance, and passion to the field of physical therapy, he has officially earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Watching his journey from student employee to Doctor of Physical Therapy has been truly inspiring for our entire team.
