Online registration is NOW OPEN for January–May, and financial assistance is available.
Our half-day preschool program for children ages 3–5, offered Monday through Friday, is designed to nurture your child’s self-esteem, spark creativity, and encourage a love for learning—all within a fun, structured, and caring environment.

Henrry is a Wellness Coach and Membership Rep here at the Sampson County YMCA. He first connected with the Y while working out in his free time, and the kindness of our staff inspired him to join the team.
His favorite part of the job? Interacting with members and building meaningful connections!

Each angel represents a local child wishing for a magical Christmas ✨

Instructions:
1. Pick an ornament on our Giving Tree in the front lobby. 🎄
2. Register your ornament tag with front desk staff.
3. Return gifts back by December 7th. Gifts are to be wrapped or in gift bag with number attached to it. 🎁

Fitness for Everyone

At The Center for Health + Wellness, our team of fitness specialists, fitness instructors, and health educators are here to help you achieve your health & wellness goals. Our 42,000 square foot facility boasts all of the amenities you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Certified Fitness Specialists will assist you in achieving your fitness goals by completing an assessment that identifies your current fitness level. Next, we design an exercise routine specific to your needs and goals. Your assessment consists of checking your blood pressure and testing your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. A personalized exercise routine is developed based on your results, and equipment orientation is provided.
