While you enjoy the YMCA, members’ little ones can enjoy safe, engaging, and nurturing care right on site at the Sampson County YMCA.

Child Watch is FREE for members, and day passes are also available! 🙌

We’ve got a fun, activity‑packed day planned for families, and we can’t wait to see everyone.

👕 Free Shirts for the First 85 Kids
The first 85 children to arrive will receive a free Healthy Kids Day shirt—and honestly, they’re pretty cool. Shoutout to International Minute Press of Clinton for their donation!

🍧 Food & Treats On‑Site
Corner Spot Nutrit. of Clinton and Rhett's Concessions will be on site serving up the goodies to keep everyone energized and smiling.

🛍️We’re excited to welcome an amazing group of community partners who will be joining us for Healthy Kids Day:

-Sampson County 4-H
-YMCA Camp Kirkwood
-Clinton Recreation & Parks Department
-Bright Bridge ABA
-Clinton Fire Department NC
-Mediation Center of Eastern Carolina
-Sampson Regional Medical Center
-YMCA SENC Youth Services

They’ll be bringing activities, resources, and plenty of fun for families throughout the event.

🚗 Parking Update
Parking at the YMCA will be limited to the lower half of the parking lot.
Overflow parking will be available across the street at Glass Dermatology and Clinton Drug Company.
