Summer is a great time to get outside, but don’t forget to take care of yourself while enjoying the sunshine!
• Stay hydrated – Drink plenty of water, especially if you are active or outdoors.
• Protect your skin – Use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher and reapply every two hours.
• Know the signs of heat exhaustion – Dizziness, fatigue, nausea or excessive sweating are all signs to take a break and cool down.
