Good Afternoon Members
Important info we would like share as we head into our Spring and Summer season. Please be mindful of our gym rules.

Please wipe down machines and put weights up.
Do NOT add weights or attachments to machines if there is not a place for them.
Be kind and courteous to your fellow gym members.

***Tanning***
One person at a time in the tanning room. This is a 15 min bed. Do not go over the allotted time allowed. PLEASE wear proper eyewear. Wipe down tanning bed before and after use.

We have lots of new members and we are excited for them to join.

Hello Members!! Its been a long wait and we appreciate everyone for being patient. The tanning bed is up and going. It is a different bed. Please remember to follow the guidelines when tanning. It is first come first serve. We do not take appointments.
