Integrative massage is a personalized experience where I blend different techniques to meet your body exactly where it’s at that day. Whether you need deep, focused work on tension areas, gentle relaxation to calm your nervous system, or a mix of both—I intuitively tailor each session just for you.

Each session may include a blend of:
🌿 Swedish massage (relaxation & circulation)
🌿 Deep tissue work (for tension & knots)
🌿 Myofascial release (to loosen connective tissue)
🌿 Stretching & mobility work
🌿 Energy-based techniques (craniosacral, reiki-style calming work)
