Today we’re shining a light on two amazing members of our team — Crystal Payne and Vickie Jones! 💙

👩‍🎨 Crystal Payne, Activities Director
Crystal has worked in the medical field for 21 years and has spent the last 3 years bringing joy and creativity to our residents as an Activities Director! She’s happily married to Bradford and loves being a bonus mom to Jenna and Brayden. 🩵 Crystal also has four beloved fur babies — Sampson, Ziva, Bella, and Millie! 🐾 In her free time, you can find her coloring or spending quality time with her family. Her favorite holiday is Christmas, and she’s excited for a season full of fun and festive activities with our residents! 🎄✨

💼 Vickie Jones, Business Office Manager
Vickie has been part of The Waters family since 1979 — an incredible 46 years of dedication and heart! 🌟 She’s worn many hats, from CNA to medical records, central supply, and nursing scheduler, and for the last 31 years, she’s served as our Business Office Manager. Vickie was married for 38 wonderful years and is the proud mom of a son and daughter, and grandma to one special grandson. ❤️ She says, “Family is everything to me.” In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and swimming when the weather is nice. 🍳🏊‍♀️

Thank you, Crystal and Vickie, for your commitment, kindness, and the joy you bring to The Waters of Clinton every day! 💙

🎃 Witching you a Spooktacular Halloween! 👻

Our residents had a fang-tastic time welcoming the community for a Trunk or Treat full of treats, tricks, and terrifyingly cute costumes! 🚗🍬 From boo-tifully decorated trunks to spine-tingling smiles, our parking lot was bursting with laughter, candy, and magical memories! ✨

We saw everything from tiny ghouls and goblins to wickedly wonderful witches — and every smile was simply spook-tacular! 😊

A huge thank-you to our amazing community for making our Trunk or Treat a howl-ing success! 💀🧡

🌟 Please join us in celebrating our Star of The Week, Linda! 🌟

Linda came to The Waters of Clinton after suffering from a bad fall at home, which left her weak and unable to care for herself. Determined to get back on her feet, Linda participated in several months of intensive physical and occupational therapy — focusing on building strength, improving balance, and regaining confidence in her mobility. 💪

Through her perseverance and the dedicated support of our rehab team, Linda has made remarkable progress. She can now walk 40 feet with a rolling walker, go up and down stairs, and complete toileting and grooming independently. Thanks to her hard work, she’s now ready to return home stronger than ever! 🏡✨

Linda shared, “I love the therapy team so much and now feel confident in myself to go home!” 💙

We’re so proud of you, Linda — your determination and positivity are truly inspiring! 🎉👏

🩷 For the last Wednesday in October, we hosted a ! 🩷

Everyone showed their support for by dressing pretty in pink! 💕

We sipped on pink lemonade, snacked on pink cupcakes, noodles, and deviled eggs while celebrating hope, strength, and awareness together! 🌸🎀

🌟 Please join us in celebrating our Star of The Week, Donna Evans! 🌟

Donna came to The Waters of Clinton after a serious fall that left her in a coma for three months. When she arrived, she was extremely weak and completely dependent on staff for all transfers and daily tasks.

Through two months of intensive therapy with our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams, Donna made remarkable progress. She learned to transfer independently, ambulate 100 feet with a rolling walker, and perform all daily tasks — including dressing and toileting — on her own.

Donna shared, “I am so proud of how far I have come and thankful for the entire therapy team.” We are equally amazed at her dedication, determination, and hard work. Congratulations, Donna, on this incredible achievement! 🎉👏

🌟 Please join us in celebrating our Star of The Week, Patricia Foust! 🌟

Patricia came to The Waters of Clinton after sustaining injuries from a fall that left her weak, unsteady, and struggling to walk long distances. Determined to regain her independence, she worked closely with our Physical and Occupational Therapy teams, focusing on balance, strength training, and proprioception to rebuild her confidence and mobility. 💪

Through hard work and dedication, Patricia made tremendous progress — she’s now able to walk over 400 feet and complete all her daily tasks independently! Patricia shared, “I have loved all the therapy and nursing staff here, but I’m ready to go home and be with my dog.” 🐾

It has been such a joy watching Patricia’s determination and positive spirit shine throughout her therapy journey. Congratulations, Patricia — we are so proud of you! 👏
