Exciting news!! Float Therapy will be returning to the clinic (finally!!!). After a year and half of delays and well major headaches with trying to make it work after moving to the new location, I had pretty much given up on it all together (well, I never really gave up completely; one could say I simply 'let go and let God' 😉). Well that had amazing results! Today I'm beyond excited and happy to announce: The build-out of the new Float Therapy rooms at the clinic (YES you read that right, not just one but multiple float rooms!!!😁) will begin soon. And, if all goes as planned, we will all be floating by the end of 2025!! YAY 😁

The Vichy Spa has so far been getting rave reviews! Those who have already tried it, totally loved it. For those who are still uncertain and/or unfamiliar with what a Vichy Spa is, I decided to post a Q & A. 😊 Feel free to ask any questions that I may have not covered.

Q: What exactly is a Vichy Spa and what are the benefits? A: A Vichy Spa is a unique spa treatment that combines the benefits of hydrotherapy with several different body treatments such as exfoliating sugar or salt scrubs, various body masks and wraps, as well as massage making it a multifaceted treatment option. The Vichy Spa features a bar of multiple showerheads, all positioned above a specially designed treatment table, which delivers a gentle cascade of warm water over the entire body. The gentle water flow helps to alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and promotes relaxation. The therapeutic benefits of a Vichy Spa treatment are numerous: improved circulation, relaxation of muscles, detoxification of the body, and enhanced skin hydration just to name a few. The gentle rainfall of the showerheads mimics the natural elements, creating a tranquil environment that encourages deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Q: What do I wear during my treatment session? A: We provide disposable spa wear as well as a robe and slippers. Or you can bring your own bathing suit to wear during your Vichy Spa treatment.
