We get questions nearly every day about when the MyBike rentals will be available, and we're happy to have some news for you! This week Bicycle Station owner Chad Jensen has started the process of inspecting each bike to get it ready for the new season. We are so grateful for the generous donation of his time & expertise! Our goal is to have at least half of them ready for rental by the weekend of the 17th, so stay posted!

Ahhh.

Non specific low back pain is one of the most common complaints in a primary care setting. Although previous management of low back pain was poor (think opioids), current guidelines are recommending the use of conservative measures as a first-line treatment. .

Physiotherapy, corrective exercise, spinal manipulation, yoga, massage, and more are now being recommended as some of these first-line treatments for non specific low back pain. .

Here are some excellent exercises which help improve stability and mobility to ultimately treat low back pain. These exercises focus on improving strength in the core muscles & stabilizers, while mobilizing muscles in the hip and lower extremity.

It is important to remember that not all low back pain is the same and you should be evaluated by a trusted healthcare provider before implementing any treatment strategy.
